Under the Georgia Open Records Act, all public records are available for inspection and copying unless they are specifically exempted from disclosure under the law. Please be advised that certain records are not releasable under Open Records due to cases being Active/Pending Investigation/Pending Prosecution or incidents with juveniles involved.

JustFOIA
The City of Roswell uses the JustFOIA open records request platform, to receive and process open records requests following the Georgia Open Records Act. This insures that sensitive data remains secure. Once submitted, JustFOIA will provide a request number and security code for reference by email.
Please be sure to allow emails from donotreply@request.justfoia.com within your email client. Once your request has been completed, you can access the information using the JustFOIA Public Portal.
The City of Roswell follows the laws of the State of Georgia Open Records Act. Please note that FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) only applies to federal agencies and not municipalities.
