The City of Roswell is prioritizing public safety services and limiting non-essential services to best serve our citizens during the City's coronavirus (COVID-19) response. During this time, SeeClickFix will still be available. While we will document non-emergency requests, responses are being prioritized based on risk to the public and available resources. We appreciate your patience.
Effective April 3, 2020, the City of Roswell Community Development Department will reduce code enforcement services to issues related to public health, safety and emergency access.
Abandoned Motor Vehicles
We have received many reports regarding Code of Ordinance Section 22.4.1 Abandoned Motor Vehicle for cars parked on City streets. Due to the City's coronavirus (COVID-19) response and the recommendation that residents remain at home as much as possible, we will not be towing vehicles for this infraction unless a parked vehicle is blocking emergency services, emergency equipment like fire hydrants or a home's driveway entrance.
We kindly ask that you refrain from reporting this infraction unless you believe it fits within the exceptions. During weekday business hours, please report these exceptions using SeeClickFix or by emailing Code Enforcement at email@example.com. Please call 770-640-4160 to report these exceptions outside weekday business hours.
