Authorization must be obtained from Roswell DOT to construct utilities within City right-of-way and from the Georgia Department of Transportation to construct utilities within State right-of-way.
Unless approved otherwise, a proposed utility installation shall conform to the Georgia Department of Transportation's (GDOT's) Utility Accommodation Policy and Standards as adopted and amended by the City of Roswell Mayor and Council (See manual and codes below).
