The City of Roswell will reopen City Hall (38 Hill Street) and their facility at 1810 Hembree Road on Monday, June 15, 2020. Policies and Fees

Refund Policy/Fees:

  • A minimum $10 processing fee will be charged on all refund requests.
  • A $25 fee or 25% of the registration fee (whichever is smaller) will be charged if the refund request is received one (1) to five (5) business days before the program begins. Tryouts are considered the first day of athletic programs.
  • 50% of the registration fee will be charged if the refund request is received on the start date of the program and before the second meeting of the program. The first practice is considered the second meeting for athletic programs.
  • There will be no refund after the second meeting of the program.
  • Refunds requested due to medical reasons may be prorated. A letter from a licensed doctor must accompany the refund request.
  • In the event a summer program or camp is cancelled as result of COVID-19, department staff will make every effort to move the participant to an alternative program or camp later in the summer. If one cannot be found, a full refund will be processed back to the household.
  • Please Note: For athletic programs, tryouts are considered the starting date and the first practice is considered the second meeting date.

Class Change Policy/Fee:

  • A fee of $5 will be charged for any class change requests.

Please allow one to two weeks for refunds/class changes to be processed. Once completed, your receipt will be emailed to you via the WebTrac/RecTrac system. Please be sure to allow emails from recreation@roswellgov.com within your email client.

Please note: Participant refund requests for summer programs and camps will not be processed until after the department resumes normal business operations.

Paper refund request and class change request forms are available at all recreation centers and can be dropped off at any recreation center or mailed to:
