The City of Roswell will reopen City Hall (38 Hill Street) and their facility at 1810 Hembree Road on Monday, June 15, 2020. Opened in spring 2016, the Roswell Adult Aquatics Center (RAAC) is the latest enhancement to the City's Adult Recreation Center, which opened in 2000 and gained a full-size fitness center in 2012. The RAAC is available to those 25 and older to enjoy a variety of classes and open swim opportunities in this state-of-the art facility. The 12,000-square-foot facility provides an unparalleled experience with its five-lane warm water therapeutic swimming pool, zero-depth entry, therapeutic whirlpool, and shower facilities.

Private Rentals

The Roswell Adult Aquatics Center Indoor Pool is currently only available for rentals to therapy groups. The pool at the Roswell Adult Aquatics Center is a true therapy pool, with pool and deck temperatures averaging 88-90 degrees. The pool is only available to rent outside of normal business hours. Please note the rules below are in addition to the permanent rules posted at the facility.
  • Be respectful and responsible; do not come to the pool if you or an immediate family member has been sick or been around anyone that has been sick.
  • Social distancing must be maintained during check in, on the pool deck, and in the pool.
  • Temperature checks will be conducted upon arrival.
  • All swimmers must arrive showered and in their swimsuit prior to entering the facility.
  • Everyone must enter through the front lobby door and exit promptly after swimming through the back parking lot door.
  • Locker rooms will be closed. The Family Restroom will be open for emergency use only.
  • Spa will remain closed until further notice.
  • Equipment will not be provided, please bring your own.
  • Each lane will have its own bench to place belongings and wipes will be available to wipe down bench after use.
  • One lap lane per person will be available for lap swim and exercise. Workouts are limited to 50 minutes with the last 10 minutes of every hour will be used for cleaning.
  • Sanitizing cleaner is provided for patrons to wipe down deck chairs before and after usage.
  • The maximum capacity has been reduced per the Governor’s orders and for public safety.
