Overview
The Roswell River Landing is a great place to host weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, corporate events, business meetings, and more. The 4,180 square foot facility has an observation deck that overlooks the Chattahoochee River.Appointments

Tables & Chairs
Tables and chairs are provided. Renters are responsible for their own setup. All tables and chairs must be returned to main reception area at the end of the event. We will put them away. The following tables and chairs are available for your use:Number | Type | Size | Seats |

Deposit: All Rentals
A $500 refundable deposit (damage and security deposit) is required to secure your reservation. It is refunded within 30 days of the completion of the event. If the event is canceled within 90 days of the event, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. If cancelled within 60-90 days of the event, you will receive $250 of the deposit. If less than 60 days notice the deposit will not be refunded.Officer(s)
An officer must be hired to be at the facility 60 minutes before your event is scheduled to start and remain until the conclusion of your event. The fee is $40 per hour with a four-hour minimum. The number of officers will be determined by type and size of the event. The officer is scheduled for you and is to be paid in cash or by local check (out of state checks will not be accepted) the day of the event. Officer(s) are scheduled according to the hours listed by the renter on the contract.Restrictions & Decorating Guidelines
Restrictions
- No catering restrictions
- Alcohol is permitted (you may bring in your own). Cash bars are not permitted.
- Candles are permitted but must be enclosed in glass container/hurricane glass
- No smoking inside facility
- Maximum capacity is 200 people (reception style, not everyone seated)
- Staff must be notified if you intend to use a tent
- Trash must be left in kitchen (trash bags and cans are provided)
- Helium balloons must be removed before leaving the facility
- Facility may not be sublet to another person or group
- Confetti, sidewalk chalk and/or artificial rose petals are not permitted on the outside grounds. (This does not apply to bouquets or centerpieces) Real rose petals are permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted inside facility.
- Forms of payment: cash, check (made out to "City of Roswell"), Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX
Decorating Guidelines
- Nails, screws, tacks, push pins, staples, tape, adhesives, command hooks, etc. may not be used on walls, outside structure or deck. Fasteners/hooks are located above the windows for your convenience. Your full deposit will be forfeited if you use anything other than what is already in place.
- Renters may use floral wire, Velcro, pipe cleaners, and ribbon
- Renter must remove all decorations and personal belongings at the end of the event. Items left at the facility will be disposed of after two (2) weeks.
