Accident Reports Process:

Vehicular accident reports are available for a fee of $5 and can be obtained through the Police2Citizen website using the "Accident Report Search".

Application Process:

1. Complete and submit an Alcohol Pouring/Handling Permit Application.
2. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email with a link and instructions to schedule an appointment.
3. Payment, a picture, and fingerprints will take place during your appointment.

Arrest record expungements are for arrests prior to July 1, 2013.

Application Process:

1. Complete and submit an Arrest Record Expungement Request.
2. Call Roswell Police Records at 770-640-4100 to start the expungement process once your request has been submitted.

Application Process:

1. Complete and submit an Criminal History Release Form.
2. The applicant will receive notification by email or phone once the Criminal History Report(s) are available for pick up, normally two (2) business days after submission.
3. Once available, Criminal History Report(s) can be picked up from Police Records between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
4. Payment will take place when the Criminal History Release is picked up.
5. Criminal History Releases must be picked up within 30 days.

The demonstrator must have a valid photo ID.

Limitations:

• There is a limit of four (4) cards per person, per appointment. If more are needed, please schedule multiple appointments.

Local Records Checks are completed by email or in person at no charge.

Single Incident

To obtain a copy of a single incident report, email us at policerecords@roswellgov.com.

• Please include the case number, if available.
• We will respond within three (3) business days.

Multiple Incidents (Police Open Records Request)

If your request is related to multiple incidents, you must submit a Police Open Records Request. Fees may apply. Note, if you would like to submit an open records request not related to Police, find out more at www.RoswellGov.com/OpenRecords.

The Police2Citizen website can be used to search for incident records surrounding a known address or business location within a specified date range using the "Event Search".

Massage Establishment License Process:
