Vendor Self Service
Registering as a supplier is a requirement for issuance of purchase orders and subsequent payment.
Note: City of Roswell Staff will review the submitted information (including the submission of a valid W-9). Once the information has been validated, the Vendor will be added to the list of approved City vendors.
In order to receive notices for formal solicitations ($25,000+ for professional services; $75,000+ for other goods and services), suppliers have two options:
Option #1: Register with the Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR)
- Once registered with the GPR, suppliers will receive notifications targeted by industry. The City of Roswell posts all formal solicitations on the GPR.
- This option is recommended as it notifies suppliers only for relevant solicitations, and automatically notifies potential bidders about posted addenda.
Option #2: Signup for E-Notifications on RoswellGov.com
- This option notifies suppliers of all postings (regardless of potential relevance to the contractor) and provides notice of the initial posting only.
- RoswellGov.com e-notifications direct interested parties to the GPR posting.
