Drop In Meter Installation
Applies when the contractor/developer has installed a new service and meter box, per City of Roswell specifications. The City will then install the new meter in the meter box.

If you make a payment online, your payment will be posted to your account the following business day. For example, if you make a payment on Friday, your payment will be posted to your account the following Monday. If you select the Submit Payment icon more than once, your credit card could be charged more than once. If this happens to you, or if you over-pay in error, and you would like your credit card to be credited, please contact the City of Roswell’s Finance Department, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at: (770) 641-3759. You will be required to write a letter of request to initiate the credit.
If you choose to charge back a payment you have made in error through your credit card company, your account will be charged $25 each time.
