Parking locations, options, & information
Asset Management oversees the City of Roswell’s public parking program, helping ensure convenient, accessible, and well-managed parking options throughout the community. The division coordinates parking operations, facilities, and services, including management of the City’s contracted parking provider.
Capital Improvement Projects

Asset Management oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP), which are long-term investments in the City’s facilities, infrastructure, and other public assets that help maintain, improve, and expand the resources needed to serve the Roswell community.

The City’s Project Dashboard provides a centralized resource for tracking major City projects, including Capital Improvement Projects (CIP), Transportation projects, and Private Development projects.
