  • Physical Agility Test – Obstacle course based on actual police-related activities.
  • Morris-McDaniel Law Enforcement Exam (ELLE) – Battery of tests designed to assess specific skills and abilities such as problem sensitivity, semantic ordering, verbal comprehension, memorization, etc.
  • Initial Interview – An informal interview to be conducted as soon as practical.
