Local Records Checks are completed by email or in person at no charge.
Single Incident
To obtain a copy of a single incident report, email us at policerecords@roswellgov.com.
- Please include the case number, if available.
- We will respond within 3 business days.

If your request is related to multiple incidents, you must submit a Police Open Records Request. Fees may apply.

Accident Reports
Vehicular accident reports are available for a fee of $5 and can be obtained through the Police2Citizen website using the "Accident Report Search".
All reports involving a minor under the Age of 18 will not appear on the Police2Citizen Website. If your report does not appear, please email policerecords@roswellgov.com to request a copy of the report.

Incident Search by Location
The Police2Citizen website can be used to search for incident records surrounding a known address or business location within a specified date range using the "Event Search".
