Residents who are unable to place their garbage or recycling carts at the curb due to age, disability, or a medical limitation may qualify for a Curbside Exemption, subject to approval by the Environmental/Public Works Director or their designee. Certain restrictions apply.

Approved exemptions must be renewed every two years to verify continued eligibility.
Residents who do not qualify for a Curbside Exemption may choose House/Garage Door Collection service for an additional fee. To apply for either service, please submit a Curbside Exemption Application.
