Application Process:

1. Complete and submit an Criminal History Release Form.
2. The applicant will receive notification by email or phone once the Criminal History Report(s) are available for pick up, normally 2 business days after submission.
3. Once available, Criminal History Report(s) can be picked up from Police Records between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
4. Payment will take place when the Criminal History Release is picked up.
5. Criminal History Releases must be picked up within 30 days.
