Set on Vickery Creek close to Roswell's famous picturesque waterfall, the Old Mill Machine Shop is the only remaining structure from the Roswell Manufacturing Company, one of the largest textile mills operating Georgia in the 19th century. The building serves as a special events facility today, with easy access to interpretive trails, mill ruins, and Roswell’s iconic covered bridge.
What We Provide
- Rustic, historic, and industrial first floor of Machine Shop that accommodates up to 80 guests
- Small brick outdoor patio space at covered bridge
- Small service alcove with sink and ice machine
- Tables and chairs
- Event attendant
Additional Information
- Up to 50 seated indoors, up to 80 for a standing event.
- $675 – All Day – 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Monday through Thursday)
- $75/hour – 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Monday through Thursday)
- $900 – All Day - 8 a.m. - 12 a.m. (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
- Damage Deposit is $500 for all events
- Damage Deposit is refundable as long as there are no damages
- Other fees may include cleaning, rental attendant, and police officer depending upon event scope
- You must purchase a certificate of insurance for every event hosted at the Old Mill Machine Shop
- No vendor restrictions - a licensed bartender is required for all events serving alcohol
