Currently under renovation as part of the City of Roswell’s Founders Park project, Mimosa Hall & Gardens will reopen as a premiere event venue. While not yet open to the public, bookings are now being accepted for events taking place after August 2026.

A Historic Venue With Timeless Elegance
Nestled in the heart of historic Roswell and serving as a cornerstone of the City's Founders Park project, Mimosa Hall & Gardens (built in 1846) is undergoing a full restoration that preserves its historic character while introducing modern event amenities. This Greek Revival-style home, located next to Bulloch Hall, will offer versatile indoor and outdoor spaces ideal for social and corporate events.
Although the venue is not yet open for tours, reservations are now available for events starting August 2026. Early bookings provide the opportunity to secure prime dates. Be among the first to host an event at this restored landmark. Conveniently situated just minutes from major highways and metro Atlanta, Mimosa Hall & Gardens combines a scenic setting with easy accessibility.

Indoor Areas
- Double Parlor: Seats up to 50 (banquet) or 75 lecture.
- Library: Furnished library for cocktail hour or lounge space.
- Dining Room: Ideal for food service or intimate dinners (up to 10 guests).
- Catering Prep Kitchen: Includes sink, refrigerator, and two microwaves.
- Second Floor Amenities: Two parlors, restrooms, and changing area, conference room, and informal meeting space.
Outdoor & Grounds (Coming Fall 2026)
- Expansive lawn for tented events with seating for up to 250 guests, and capacity for up to 1,000 guests if utilizing all grounds spaces
- On-site event support building with furnished catering kitchen and guest restrooms.
Capacity, Services & Amenities
- Indoor Capacity: Up to 75 guests.
- Outdoor Capacity: Up to 250 guests on Event Lawn spaces, and up to 1000 guests if utilizing all grounds spaces.
- Combined Rentals: Have a much larger event? Need more space? Ask about our special full-venue packages, including private grounds access and joint packages with nearby Bulloch Hall.
- Included Amenities: Tables and standard chairs. Mimosa Hall & Gardens is not a full-service venue. Additional services, such as planning, catering, décor, specialty chairs, and linens, can be arranged with outside vendors.
- Extras: Tour docents available (fee applies) and flexible packages.
