Community Room

The Hembree Park Community Room is a multi-purpose room that can accommodate several different kinds of events including business meetings, birthday parties, baby showers, etc.

  • Size: 41' x 30'
  • Inclusions: Kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, ice machine, coffee maker-2 pots), projector screen
  • Occupancy: 50-60 for rentals needing tables and chairs, 100-120 for rentals needing only chairs
  • Pricing:
    • $100 refundable damage deposit
    • $40/$60 per hour (resident/non-resident)
    • Additional fees may apply, including attendant and/or cleaning dependent on event time and scope
    • Rentals may require event liability insurance depending on type/size of event

 

Green & Blue Gymnasiums

The Hembree Park Gyms can be reserved for athletic activities, receptions, parties, business meetings, etc.

  • Size: Length 94', Width with bleachers out 66',Width with bleachers in 72'
  • Inclusions: 6 basketball goals in each gym, electrical outlets along walls, tables and chairs for non-athletic bookings
  • Occupancy: Up to 150 for seated rentals and up to 250 for a seated/standing combination rentals
  • Pricing (two rentals options)
    1. Athletic Use Rental, which includes the gym as is with no set up
      • $100 refundable damage deposit
      • $60/$90 per hour (resident/non-resident)
      • Additional fees may apply, including attendant and/or cleaning dependent on event time and scope
      • Rentals may require event liability insurance depending on type/size of event
    2. Non-Athletic Use rental, which includes the use of any tables/chairs, food and drink is only permitted inside the gym under this type of rental
      • $100 refundable damage deposit
      • $90/$135 per hour (resident/non-resident)
      • Additional fees may apply, including attendant and/or cleaning dependent on event time and scope
      • Rentals may require event liability insurance depending on type/size of event

Campsite

The Hembree Park Campsite offers an area for individuals or groups to gather and enjoy nature within the safe environment of a City Park. The site can be used by individuals, families, civic groups, etc.

  • Inclusions/Exclusions:
    • Inclusions: Open grass area, fire ring with log seating, 2 picnic tables, 11 tent pads
    • Exclusions: Water/Electrical connection, firewood
  • Size:
    • Fire Ring Seating Area: 20' diameter with approximate seating for 25
    • Tent Pads: 9'x9'
  • Pricing:
    • $100 refundable damage deposit
    • $50/$75 per night (resident/non-resident)
  • Hours Per Booking: Arrival is 12:00 PM, Departure 9:00 AM
