Community Room
The Community Room is a multi-purpose room that can accommodate several different kinds of events including business meetings, birthday parties, baby showers, etc. This room is the largest community room offered by any Recreation Center within the Department.
- Size: 55' x 53'
- Inclusions: Tall podium, projection screen, stage, dimming lights
- Occupancy: 125-150 for rentals needing tables and chairs, 175-200 for rentals needing only chairs
- Pricing:
- $100 refundable damage deposit
- $50/$75 per hour (resident/non-resident)
- Additional fees may apply, including attendant and/or cleaning dependent on event time and scope
- Rentals may require event liability insurance depending on type/size of event
Classroom
This is a smaller multi-purpose that can accommodate smaller meetings or parties and has more of a classroom appearance.
- Size: 29' x 28'
- Occupancy: 20-30 for rentals needing tables and chairs, 30-40 for rentals needing only chairs
- Pricing:
- $100 refundable damage deposit
- $30/$45 per hour (resident/non-resident)
- Additional fees may apply, including attendant and/or cleaning dependent on event time and scope
- Rentals may require event liability insurance depending on type/size of event
Kitchen
The kitchen can be added onto a Community Room/Multipurpose Room rental or Gym #1 rental.
- Inclusions: Refrigerator, ice machine, freezer, 3 large sinks, 8 gas ranges, 2 ovens, dishwasher
- Pricing:
- $20 per hour
- The stage must be booked for the entire time of corresponding room/gym rental
Gymnasium #1 & #2
The East Roswell Park Recreation Center Gyms can be reserved for athletic activities, receptions, parties, business meetings, etc.
- Gym #1 & #2 Size: Length 95', width with bleachers extended 61', width with bleachers not extended 68'
- Inclusions: 6 basketball goals in each gym, electrical outlets along walls, there are two types of rentals that can be requested
- Occupancy: Up to 150 for seated rentals and up to 250 for a seated/standing combination rentals
- Pricing (two rentals options)
- Athletic Use Rental, which includes the gym as is with no set up
- $100 refundable damage deposit
- $60/$90 per hour (resident/non-resident)
- Additional fees may apply, including attendant and/or cleaning dependent on event time and scope
- Rentals may require event liability insurance depending on type/size of event
- Non-Athletic Use rental, which includes the use of any tables/chairs, food and drink is only permitted inside the gym under this type of rental
- $100 refundable damage deposit
- $90/$135 per hour (resident/non-resident)
- Additional fees may apply, including attendant and/or cleaning dependent on event time and scope
- Rentals may require event liability insurance depending on type/size of event
- Athletic Use Rental, which includes the gym as is with no set up
