About
Situated on the Roswell City Hall complex, this 1845 Georgia piedmont farmhouse was originally built for the Archibald Smith family. What is remaining of an original 300 acre farm is now a historic house museum and collection of outbuildings tucked away in a wooden landscape but directly across from Roswell's historic Canton Street district, close to Hwy 9, restaurants and shops. Guests will be able to enjoy outdoor facility spaces, grounds, and wooden pathways.

- Lawn options that may accommodate up to 150 guests
- Outdoor Pavilion shelter that may accommodate up to 50 lecture/30 seated
- Event attendant
Additional Information:
- May accommodate between 50-150 guests
- Historic House Museum is not available for private rental, but house tours for guests may be arranged at additional cost
- Smith Plantation is not a full service venue. Additional services, such as planning, catering, and tables/chairs, may be contracted with other vendors
- Other direct costs may apply such as alcohol and event permits, or officer fees
