Rental Spaces

Roswell Cultural Arts Center is a two minute walk to the popular Canton Street restaurants and shops in the heart of Roswell. With ample free parking (over 500 spaces!) and our very own tree-covered bridge at our entrance, Roswell Cultural Arts Center offers a welcoming setting for all your guests!


Theatre Our 600-seat theatre is the perfect intimate venue for your next performance. With beautiful red velour seating on both the orchestra and mezzanine levels plus professional lighting and audio equipment, this could not be a more spectacular venue! With an in-house production team, RCAC offers it all. Rental of the theatre includes the dressing rooms and lobby.


Lobby-2721 This 1,500 square foot area has an entire wall of large windows facing the beautiful woods and bridge that lead to City Hall and can accommodate 120 seated comfortably and 200 standing. While the CAC does not have a catering kitchen, located off the lobby is a kitchenette with industrial ice maker.

Meeting Rooms A and B

MeetingRoom-2788 Filled with natural light from large arching windows, these 700 square foot spaces offer an intimate meeting or small reception space, with seminar seating space coming in at 26 and lecture style seating getting around 50 people attentively sitting. Breakout sessions are a cinch with a sliding wall to separate each meeting room into two smaller spaces. With the option for additional technology (think projection and live feed), any meeting has the potential to succeed!
