Application for Premium Sanitation Service

City of Roswell residents have a choice as to the type of residential sanitation service that will best fit their needs. Residents with Premium Service will be allowed 2- 96-gallon garbage containers per week instead of 1. The residential sanitation service rates can be found on the Utility Billing page. If you prefer the Premium Service, please complete and submit the application below.

Once you have selected your service, you may only change your choice once a year. The only exception being if you have Standard Service, you may upgrade to Premium at any point during the year.
