SeeClickFix App for Residents

Post Date:10/31/2016

Roswell SeeClickFixThe City of Roswell is announcing the launch of SeeClickFix, a popular citizen reporting tool being used in many cities across Georgia. With this mobile app, Roswell’s residents will now be able report non-emergency issues to the City of Roswell and track their resolution.

Residents can use the app to report issues such as a pothole, tall grass, missed garbage pickup, broken streetlight, and more. Users will be asked to drop a location marker on the map where they notice a concern, answer a few questions to help us understand the issue, and even send a photo of the problem.

In addition, the SeeClickFix platform provides City of Roswell staff with a centralized issue management system to manage issues from creation to resolution — engaging Roswell citizens throughout the process. This means that after you submit an issue, you will receive status updates on its resolution through the app.

Moreover, SeeClickFix not only allows Roswell residents the ability to report problems, but also to view, comment on, and vote to fix problems submitted by their neighbors. Citizens can even create their own “watch areas” to receive notifications about all the issues reported in their community, enabling them to follow the progress of all service requests — not just the ones they report.

Residents are encouraged to download and begin using the app, which is available for Android and iPhone.
