Spotlight Exhibit: Kate T. Parker: StrongHearted (October 1 - November 30, 2019)

Kate T. Parker: StrongHearted
October 1 - November 30, 2019
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Free and on display in the lobby of the Roswell Cultural Arts Center
Award-winning photographer Kate T. Parker will be showcasing photographs from her Strong is the New Pretty and The Heart of a Boy books in an exhibit entitled "StrongHearted".

"Everyone should be granted the space to be proud of who they are. This is not necessarily a message specific to girls or boys, rather a human one. I am trying to make a change with my work, to shift a paradigm, alter expectations, and way we view our girls and boys. It's a good place to start. The message of my work is, at the core, exactly the same message. That you just as you are, are worthy." -Kate T. Parker
