Roswell's City Administrator serves the residents of Roswell by carrying out the policies and directives of the Mayor and City Council. The City Administrator runs the day-to-day operations of Roswell government, develops and manages the City's $100 million budget, and oversees eight departments and more than 30 offices and divisions. It is the City Administrator's job to ensure that Roswell government is operating efficiently and effectively for its residents.
Kay G. Love was appointed City Administrator by Mayor and Council in February 2007. Prior to her appointment, she served as Roswell's Deputy City Administrator for three years. Kay has more than twenty years experience in local government management. Before joining Roswell, she worked for 10 years in local government financial management for Columbus Consolidated Government and ten years in public education financial management. Kay holds an MBA and a B.B.A from Columbus State University.

Roswell’s Deputy City Administrator serves the residents of Roswell by overseeing the City’s Administration Department and sitting on the City’s Management Team. The Deputy City Administrator also works closely with the City Administrator in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Roswell government.
Aaron Bovos has more than 14 years experience in local government management. He joined the City of Roswell in January 2008 after serving as Budget Director for Gwinnett County. Prior to that appointment, he served as the City Manager for the City of Milton and the Deputy City Manager for the City of Sandy Springs. He also worked for the City of Alpharetta for six years as its Finance Director. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Frederick Taylor University and is a Certified Government Finance Manager and Certified Treasury Professional.
