2009 BUSINESS INFORMATION UPDATE
Introduction
All residential and commercial businesses wishing to locate in Roswell must make application and register with the Business Registration Office prior to opening their business.
Before applying for an Occupational Tax Certificate from the City of Roswell, potential applicants are urged to contact the State of Georgia’s Secretary of State’s Office concerning their business.
If the applicant is applying for a City of Roswell Occupational Tax Certificate for a business that is licensed by the Secretary of State, the applicant must include a copy of this license with the certificate application. The State of Georgia’s website also allows for online business registration under the Online Services category.
