Cell phones and pagers are prohibited in the courtroom. Please do not bring them with you when appearing in court.
The Roswell Municipal Court is located in City Hall, 38 Hill Street, in Room 200. The Court Services Office is located in Room 210 next to the Courtroom.
Arraignments are held each Monday with sessions beginning either at 8:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. Once a person has been arraigned, trials are assigned Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays. All Trial Sessions begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Fines that are payable without an appearance before the judge, may be paid in advance of your court date by mailing a personal check, money order, cashiers/bank check to:

Traffic tickets may also be paid in person at the Court Services Office, Room 220.
