4180 square foot rental facility with an observation deck (24’x14’) overlooking the Chattahoochee River

Event Information

• Maximum Capacity of Facility: 200 people.
• Cash, Local Check, Visa or MasterCard.
• No catering restrictions.
• Alcoholic beverages are permitted. No cash bar.
• The Roswell River Landing is a non-smoking facility.
• The Roswell River Landing cannot be sublet to another person/group.

Facility Amenities

• Kitchen: double oven, microwave, refrigerator, double basin sink, ice machine and dishwasher.
• Dance Floor.
• Gas fireplace.
• Handicap unisex restroom (in addition to men’s and ladies room).

Setup/Decorating Information

•Tables and chairs are provided. Renters are responsible for their own setup. All tables and chairs must be returned to the main reception area at the end of the event. We will put all tables and chairs away. The following tables and chairs are available for your use:

Fourteen 60” round tables
Six 48” round tables
One 4’ long table
Nineteen 6’ long tables
Three tall cocktail tables (30”dx42”h)
165 metal frame stacking chairs
150 white folding chairs

• Only floral wire, velcro strips or pipe cleaners may be used to secure decorations. Hooks are strategically located above windows in main reception area. Absolutely no nails, screws, tacks, push pins, staples or tape will be permitted. If used, deposit will be forfeited.

General Information

Renter must remove all Renters' property at conclusion of event.
• Trash may be left in kitchen area (must be bagged). Trashcans and bags are provided.
• Staff must be notified if renter is using a tent.
• Helium balloons must be removed before leaving facility.

WEEKEND RENTAL INFORMATION
FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY - 8 A.M. - 2 A.M.

RENTAL FEES & INFORMATION

• $900 rental fee (due fifteen days prior to event, make check payable to “City of Roswell")
• $500 refundable deposit (damage and security deposit, make check payable to “City of Roswell"). It is required to secure date and is deposited. Refunded within three weeks of completion of event if facility is clean and damage free. If cancelled, full refund with a 60-day notice.
• An officer must be hired to be on site 30 minutes before your event is schedule to start. The fee is $30 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. The officer is scheduled for you and is to be paid the day of the event. He is scheduled according to the hours listed by the renter on the contract. If the event goes beyond the ending time listed, it will be the responsibility of the renter to pay the officer for the additional time worked. If renter fails to pay for the additional time worked, it shall be deducted from your deposit at $60 per hour. The number of officer(s) scheduled will be determined by the type of event and/or number of guests. If the officer on site deems it necessary to call another officer to the event, the renter will be charged for this officer. This fee will be deducted from the renters deposit at a rate of $60 per hour. Form of payment: Cash or local check only – No out of state checks will be accepted.
• Access to facility at 8 a.m. the day of event. Guests must be inside the building at midnight. The event must be over by 1:00 a.m. Building must be vacated by 2:00 a.m.

WEEKNIGHT RENTAL INFORMATION
MONDAY - THURSDAY - 5 P.M. - 12 A.M.

RENTAL FEES & INFORMATION

• Access to facility as early as 8 a.m. the day of event if there are no weekday rentals. The event must be over by 11:00 p.m. Building must be vacated by 12:00 a.m.

MONDAY - THURSDAY - 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.

• $75/hour rental fee, minimum 2 hours (due fifteen days prior to event, make check payable to “City of Roswell).
• $100 setup / teardown fee (optional).
• $500 refundable deposit (damage and security deposit, make check payable to “City of Roswell). It is required to secure date and is deposited. Refunded within three weeks of completion of event if facility is clean and damage free. If cancelled, full refund with a 60-day notice.
