The Roswell River Landing is a great place to host weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, corporate events, business meetings and more. The 4180 square foot facility has an observation deck that overlooks the Chattahoochee River.
- No catering restrictions
- Alcohol is permitted (no cash bar)
- No smoking inside facility.

- Maximum capacity is 200 (reception style)
- Kitchen has 2 ovens, microwave, ice machine, dishwasher, double basin sink, fridge
- Dance floor
- Loft area overlooking main reception area (can seat up to 80 people)
- Gas fireplace
- Handicap unisex restroom (in addition to men’s and women’s rest rooms)
- Staff must be notified if using a tent
- Trash is to be left in kitchen. Trash bags and trash cans are provided.
- Helium balloons must be removed before leaving facility.
- The Roswell River Landing may not be sublet to another person/group.
Tables and chairs are provided. Renters are responsible for their own setup. All tables and chairs must be returned to main reception area at the end of the event. We will put them away. The following tables and chairs are available for your use:
- Fourteen 60” round tables (seats 8 comfortably)
- Six 48” round tables (seats 6 comfortably)
- Two 4’ long tables (one is 30” wide and one is 24” wide)
- Twenty 6’ long tables (standard 30” wide)
- Six tall cocktail tables (30”w x 42”h)
- Two short pedestal tables (30”w x 30”h)
- 180 metal frame stacking chairs (indoor use only)
- 150 white folding chairs (indoor/outdoor use)
Decorating Information
Renter may not use nails, screws, tacks, push pins, staples or tape to secure their decorations. Deposit will be forfeited if you use any of the above or cause damage to the walls. You may use floral wire, Velcro, pipe cleaners and ribbon. Hooks are located above all windows in the main reception area in which to attach decorations. Renter must remove all of their decorations and personal belongings at the end of the event.

Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm
Fees
- $500 refundable deposit (damage and security deposit) required to secure the date. It is refunded within three weeks of completion of the event. If the event is cancelled more than 60 days in advance, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. If less than 60 days notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
- $75/hour rental fee, minimum 2 hours (due fifteen days prior to event)
- $100 setup / teardown fee (optional)
An officer may be required to be on site and will be determined when you sign your contract. If an officer is required, the following shall apply: The officer will need to be at the facility 30 minutes before your event is scheduled to start. The fee is $30 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. The officer is scheduled for you and is to be paid the day of the event. He is scheduled according to the hours listed by the renter on the contract. The number of officer(s) scheduled will be determined by the type of event and/or number of guests. Form of payment: Cash or local check only - Out of state checks will not be accepted.
WEEKNIGHT RENTAL INFORMATION
Monday - Thursday, 5 pm - 12 am (Events must end by 11:00 pm and the building must be vacated by midnight)

Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays, 8 am - 2 am (Events must end by 1:00 am and the building must be vacated by 2:00 am)
