If you have already creaded a household ID and password, but have forgotten either, DO NOT create a new household as it can cause your registrations to be lost.
Instead, email us at recweb@roswellgov.com or call us at 770-641-3705. We will be happy to give you that information.

If you have received information with your new login and password, click on the link above to login to your account. If you have not yet received information regarding your new login information, you may click on the link above to create a new account.

- SET UP YOUR ON-LINE HOUSEHOLD PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF REGISTRATION.
- IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR HOUSEHOLD ID AND PASSWORD, DO NOT SET UP A NEW HOUSEHOLD. SIMPLY CALL US AT 770-641-3705.
Household ID: Choose a name (not less than 4 characters and a maximum of 13 characters)
Password: Choose a password (not less than 4 characters and a maximum of 13 characters)
Street Number: Put only the street number on this line.
Street Name: Type your street name only in caps. (do not put Drive, Way, Trace, Road etc. on this line)
Direction: Do not enter anything here.
Road, Lane, Street, etc: Enter, in caps, two letters that abbreviate your address designation, as shown below:

BL = Boulevard
BF = Bluff
CH = Chase
CG = Crossing

CT = Court
CV = Cove
DR = Drive
FY = Fairway
GL = Glen or Glenn

Suite or Apt. Number: Only if it applies.City: The name of the city that is in your mailing address.
State: Put in caps GA
Zip Code: Enter the zip code that is in your address.
Phone: Enter your home phone number (Do not enter a cell phone # or a pager #)
Emergency Phone: Enter the number that you want to be called if something should happen to you or your child at an activity.
Elementary School District: Enter the school your child goes to if it applies.
High School District: Enter the school your child goes to if it applies
Email: Enter an email address where you would like to receive your registration confirmation.
NOTE: some email addresses are too long to receive email confirmation. Please print a copy of your confirmation page and/or write your confirmation number for each class down.
Record your Household Id and Password in a safe place to be used the next time you want to register Online.
