Have you completed your Affidavit and returned it to the Business Registration Office?

The State of Georgia now requires all applicants for a registered business to complete an affidavit of lawful presence per O.C.G.A. § 50-36-1. In order for the City of Roswell to comply with this state law, we must have a completed affidavit on file. Please click here to download a copy of the notice and affidavit.

This affidavit must be completed in its entirety with an original notarized signature and mailed or brought to the Community Development Department at 38 Hill Street, Suite G-30, Roswell, GA 30075. You may use a notary of your choice or personally bring the form to the City of Roswell Community Development Office for notarization of signature at no cost.

We must have this affidavit completed before we can issue your 2010 Occupation Tax Certificate.
