The State of Georgia now requires all applicants for a registered business to complete an affidavit of lawful presence annually per O.C.G.A. § 50-36-1.

This affidavit must be completed in its entirety with an original notarized signature and mailed or brought to the Community Development Department. You may use a notary of your choice or personally bring the form to the City of Roswell Community Development Office for notarization of signature at no cost.
