The server encrypts this information to ensure privacy and protection of sensitive information. If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of the payment from this website, contact you credit card company to report the problem.

If you make a payment online, your payment will be posted to your account the following business day. For example, if you make a payment on Friday, your payment will be posted to your account the following Monday.

If you click the “Submit Payment” icon more than once, your credit card could be charged more than once. If this happens to you, or if you over-pay in error, and you would like your credit card to be credited, please contact the City of Roswell, Financial Service Division, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm at 770-641-3759. You will be required to write a letter of request to initiate the credit.
