Fingerprinting is available on a first come, first serve basis Monday - Friday (except Federal holidays)
from 8:30am - 11:30am and 2:30pm - 4:00pm at:

Forms
US form FD258 or similar will be used in fingerprinting. No foreign country print cards are accepted.

Requirements

• Two forms of ID, per I-9 form guidelines approved by the Department of Homeland Security, to establish identity
• $10 fee per card, payable by cash, check, or money order
• Appointments for fingerprinting groups of four or more
