The Community Relations Office educates and informs our citizens of the many services and programs the City of Roswell offers to all those who live in our great City. We do this in a variety of ways.

The City’s Official Web Site offers a wealth of information for our citizens. There is information about every department and service the City offers. The site also houses official minutes of the Mayor and Council meetings. E-gov services are also available so citizens can do business with Roswell 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week. A calendar of events listing all official meetings as well as events taking place throughout Roswell can also be found on the site.
Roswell City TV
Roswell City TV (RCT, Roswell's Government Access television channel, is found on Charter Cable Channel 23, and Comcast Channel 22. RCTV is on the air 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week. RCTV communicates with Roswell citizens by connecting them with their local government through television. RCTV is now streaming live on the city's website. Publications
Community Relations creates a number of publications each year outlining the services and programs the City of Roswell offers. Each month, we email the City’s electronic newsletter, Roswell Connections, filled with news and events in Roswell. Each year, Community Information produces an annual report outlining the City's accomplishments during the fiscal year and a brief overview of the City’s financial picture. Other announcements are inserted in your utility bills. Make sure to check your bill. All publications can be found on the website.
Media Relations
Community Relations works with the local media in their efforts to gather news concerning Roswell City government. The City sends weekly news releases, council and committee agendas, and event announcements to the local newspapers, television stations and radio stations. The office also answers media questions when reporters call the City for information. All news releases are posted on the Website homepage under Roswell City News.
Community Outreach
Community Relations staff attends many events in our community each year, setting up a booth with information about the City, and answering residents’ questions about the City. We hope to see you at the next event!
