Over the Phone
To lookup and pay by phone, call 770-641-3800, and select option #2. Have your 10-digit Utility Bill Account Number ready, you will be prompted with entry instructions after you make your selection. You will have an option for a faxed receipt at the end of the transaction. It's a fast, simple, and secure way to pay your bill.

If you make a payment online, your payment will be posted to your account the following business day. For example, if you make a payment on Friday, your payment will be posted to your account the following Monday. If you select the Submit Payment icon more than once, your credit card could be charged more than once. If this happens to you, or if you over-pay in error, and you would like your credit card to be credited, please contact the City of Roswell, Financial Service Division, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at 770-641-3759. You will be required to write a letter of request to initiate the credit.

If you choose to charge back a payment you have made in error through your credit card company, your account will be charged $25 each time.
