1. Is there a number I can call to report a water conservation violator?

Yes. During regular business hours, please call 770-641-3715. After hours, please call 770-640-4100.

2. If I live in Roswell, why do I have Fulton County water / sewer?

The Roswell water plant can only service part of Roswell. Fulton County handles all other residents and all sewer lines.

3. Why doesn't the City pick up construction waste?

Construction waste does costly damage to our trucks.

4. Why is there a limit on residential trash can size?

The size limit promotes more efficient, safer handling by collection staff.

5. Can I have an extra pick-up?

Yes, you can have an extra pick-up from your curbside for an extra fee (contact 770-641-3961 for more information).

6. How much is residential service?

Sanitation residential service fee is $18.05 for Standard Service and $29.05 for Premium Service

7. What do you pick up?

We pick up household trash items not to include construction debris or chemicals

8. How do I set up service?

You can setup service by contacting City of Roswell Utility Billing Department at 770-641-3759.

9. Do I have to bundle my branches?

You can stack your branches neatly at your curbside for collection.

10. When is the next bulky trash day?

11. What kind of bulk items does the City collect?

We collect items such as appliances, furniture assortments and household trash, etc for an extra fee. (Contact 770-641-3961 for more information)

12. Why doesn’t the trash company take TV’s curbside?

Televisions can be collected at your curbside; this item falls under large or special items collection (contact 770-641-3961 for more information) or TV’s can be taken to Roswell Recycling Center for recycling (no projection or console TVs’ are accepted) .
