1. What are the hours of the Recycling Center?

The Recycling Center is open Monday - Thursday from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday 11a.m.-5p.m.

2. What items will the Recycling Center NOT accept?

In general, the Recycling Center does not accept paint, chemicals, alkaline batteries,mattresses and box springs, porceline (toilets, etc.), wood, yards waste and construction debris. Please call the Recycling Center at 770-442-8822 for questions relating to other specific items that may not be accepted.

3. Can someone do community service hours or volunteer at the Recycling Center?

Yes. Please call 770-442-8822 for more information and to schedule hours.

4. Do you pay for recyclables such as aluminum cans?

No, we do not.

5. How do I get a recycling bin?
